It is very unbecoming for a company like VODAFONE to backtrack from a promise it made at the time of introducing new Sim. This has been the case for me.I purchased a prepaid connection on 05/05/2016 with the assurance of 6th month promo Voda to Voda 30p/min and Voda to other 10p/min but after three months you have backtracked from your promise. It is very shocking for me . Please take appropriate measure otherwise I have to resort to another way. My mobile no is 7431022910.
Worst service by Vodafone previously I was using Vodafone prepaid sim now I switched to post paid I submitted the documents and I got the sim with the same number to post paid after 2 weeks they deactivated my number saying that they don’t have required documents thinking of switching to other network other than Vodafone.

On 18/8/16, I called 3 local Nos. in Chandigarh: 9815024708, 9988900834 & 9815904881 at 5.50, 5.52 & 5.58 respectively and talked with each person for about one minute. But I received message for 3 STD calls for which I was charged Rs.34.00. Strange because my call charges should be one paisa per second. If this continues, I will have to surrender my prepaid Vodafone Number.
I am pre paid customer and opt the 03G data every month but what, s the use your net is highly unsatisfactory . I am just wasting my money and precious time, even most of the time 2G is also not available. Your customer care just dozing . if u can not maintain the data speed and signal why at all deceive the customer. You are classified cheater. There is no word to express my frustration. Five months back I had lodged a complaint but till now no resolution ever situation has worsen.

I have a vodafone sim and my mobile no. is 7546853877. on 18.09.2016 i recharged 2G prepaid service as well as Rs. 50/- recharge coupon for talk time. But sorry to inform you that since yesterday your service is out of order. After several calls is done by myself but no one attended this type of problem. Neither i can call or nor to use internet service.

I m regular user of Vodafone anywhere I moved during my posting.Now under Assam circle my no. Is 9706873967.The worse I found in this network is all the value added services has been activated one after another on thier own (without my request)and corresponding rental amount has been deducted from my account.My only fault is that I usually recharge above Rs 100/- on each .(1) On 18.9 16 Rs 75/-has been deducted for activating “lifestyle review “.(2) on 21.9.16 Rs 50/- and Rs.3/-per day have been deducted for activating”hello fashion”and FTV combo.(3) Again Rs 35/- has been deducted from my account for activating”fonemasti”….. Sorry to say that Vodafone Assam is the worse Telecom service provider I hv ever experienced.My question to Vodafone is that such looting of money by cheating would not qualified an act of extortion??? muling to discard the network.

I have paid Rs.1298 by cheque no. 550046893261 and the cheque was debited from my syndicate bank account, RK Puram on 30 Sep 2016. Even today i.e. 04 Oct 16, at 16.45 hrs I was threatened by possible cancellation of service if the bill is not paid. I would like to get port my Reliance post paid number to Vodafone postpaid . My reliance number is 9999312592.
Already I have give the documents for port my Reliance no to Vodafone and porting code also.
Its almost 10 days still my number has not been port. After 10 days Vodafone is again asking me for porting code.
So it means Vodafone didn’t login my file for port yet and again they want to generate me the porting code.
Is this the service /care Vodafone do for the customer?
I am a old customer my sim has damaged i contact with the dealer in kuppam, Andhra pradesh. He gave a new sim instead of old sim and i also submitted the required document 10 days back still the sim is not activated. If i ask about the sim status he is not responding. Please revert back immediately

Funny, that in spite of me requesting for the “English” option (dial 1 for Hindi or 2 for English), I still get a customer care executive who speaks to me in Hindi. When I inform him that my choice was for English, I am requested to speak in Hindi if I am able to do so. I think Vodafone needs to check their option settings… if not, the whole exercise is just a waste of time…
