      This is regarding my Monday February 6th trip to Central Excise Colony Amberpet Hyderabad around 10.30 AM.

      I felt that day the price was very highly quoted. It is almost 50% more. After that day at the same time I have been checking the prices to the same place but have found it to be around Rs 211 to Rs 270 not more.

      I was forced to take the ride as there was as emergency. But after that for the full day that day and next few days I have seen the rates to be around what I have mentioned above. It is very unfortunate that I had to spend so much on a single ride and totally around Rs 700 for a to and fro ride

      Can I know the reason for such a surge in the price ?

      Also where do we give feedback or send mails on such issues

    This is to inform you that I booked ober on 18-12-2016 from residence to Kempegowda international airport and bill Rs.673-79 paid through paytm which includes Rs.120/- Toll fee has mentioned in the bill, but driver has told Rs.120/- not included in the bill and collected Rs.120/- cash which is wrong and request for refund. The bill may be sent to my email: [email protected] urgently for submitting to my office for settlement.
    It is to state that when I proceeded for making payment through Debit card it says that amount is outstanding due so card cannot be accepted. I have not travelled from ober from 27-11-2016 to 17-12-2016. Please look into the matter and set right the problem so as to enable me to use my debit card.

    I have booked the cab yesterday night 01/09/2017 @10.40PM, i was waiting at the pick up location but he did not come to the location he dint even call me.Later he changed the location and cancelled the trip without intimating me,i dint use the cab service money got deducted from my paytm account.

  11. I am a regular customer of uber cab and most of the times satisfied with the service and fare. Whenever i had some issue the same has been satisfactorily resolved by your efficient team. I have an issue with my Saturday evening trip from C.R. Park, New Delhi to Uttam Nagar, New Delhi normal distance is 16-17 Km. I booked the cab from C.R. Park around 9.20 p.m and we reached the Uttam Nagar 10.00 pm means in 40 minutes. But i shocked to see fare which is showing distance of 40.48 km and travel time of 112.68 minutes mean everything has been more than double. You can see my trip on 17/12/2016 from same location and route.

      I also was facing to reset my account. Then finally i reset my account in Uber with the same Mobile number. I can advise you to uninstall curent Uber App which you have in your mobile now and then install an upgraded Uber App and then give your Mail id instead of Mobile number first and then once it accept Mail Id and then it ask your Existing Mobile number and then you give the same number then it works.

Also, we link our paytm account with uber to get rid of cash payment but uber is using our paytm accounts to deduct double payment without any intimation to customers.

  16. Uber India drivers cheat customer’s at the drop of a hat. Today evening ,02-02-2017, driver did not come to the pick up point, but, started the trip. I was waiting and looked at the Uber app on my mobile.To my utter surprise, found that the trip had already started. Called the driver and he told me to cancel the trip as he could not pick up due to traffic. Then, I found that i had been charged for the ride that I had not taken. What a pathetic company Uber! No wonder thay had to fold up in China.

I had booked Uber Pool cab from Airoli Reliable Tech Plaza till Gandhi Market Sion at 18:06, accordingly i received notification stating i will be charged Rs. 204 which I had accordingly confirmed. Since i had booked pool car i was aware there will be co-passenger along with me and each one will be accordingly dropped. However when I was dropped I was charged way too high i.e. Rs.320.51. I feel cheated… How can uber pool charge me for extra mileage which it covered to drop other passenger.
    Kindly refund the extra charge you have charged me. The route that you covered to drop other passage is not my look-out.
    If you think it is passenger headache then ensure to have disclaimer stating uber pool will charge passenger for extra mileage that it will cover for co-passenger.

  20. This is regarding my Uber ride on February 3rd to Kompally around 10.30 AM.

    When I had confirmed the ride around 10. 15 am the app showed the driver was 10 mints away as he was completing his current ride. But actually he arrived only 30 mints later.

    When I asked the driver he said he could not cancel my ride though he had tried and as a result I was delayed for my destination.

  22. I sent a screen shot of the booking done to my kids who wanted to go from IC Colony, Borivali to Infinity, Malad. which very clearly said Rupees 145 – 180. At the end of the journey the cab person : Habib MH02EH0719 UBER GO Rs. 246/-. This I feel is very unfair since they are kids. Date : 10/02/2017 Time 11.30 am.

This is the useless cab facility providing for the customers there is no call center and when we call to the customer care the number does not work.I mostly use the Ola cabs which provides me the better service in all the angles in answering the calls to the customer and if we raise any complaint it will be handled carefully and they provide the solution in time.

    OLA is the best service provider rather than any other.UBER need to close the business if it maintains this kind of service for the customers.

As soon as I sat in the car , the driver blatantly told me to get out of the car as the car is to ride humans around and not animals . He even abused me and tried to misbehave .     would like to inform you that your uber driver has misguided me and has taken more than double fare.Uber was showing Rs210 before booking from kashmere gate to Dwarka sector-1 but driver has charged rs462 instead of Rs210 just because of driver fault he has not followed the google map.

    So please send my money back.You can check my account details i am regular customer of UBER.
    But due to this reason i am not going to travel from UBER..

    In the app it wont provide any option to download receipt or send receipt option . I made many trips , waiting for the receipts.

Uber is displaying a very callous attitude.I tweeted to uber support , there was zilch response.I’m appalled that they don’t have a customer care emergency number for India.     Your driver Naresh threaten us for collecting Rs.100/- & told me that he is coming to my residence for collection in a warning & abusing language.

    I booked uber from my place to koyambedu bus terminal and I also spoke to the driver regarding my pick up timing and venue at the second of call he has switched off the mobile by not attending the call after I reached to my dropped place he s calling me I came to ur pick up place please do come after I reached he s calling. Very atrocious I do not want to happen it again please do take necessary action.

  40. ISSUE WITH DRIVER

    I booked a cab at 1156 and got confirmation that Mr lokesh will pick me up in maruti Dezire. The location of driver was 2 min away. I got a call from Mr Lokesh 8039511490 asking about drop location. I waited for his arrival but found on GPS he was moving away.I tried calling the no 4-5 times but it was not contactable.After 15 min I found the driver was 31 min away from the location. I booked another cab and cancelled the booking.

    ISSUE WITH UBER

    1. Why did uber charged me Rs 50 as cancellation fee?
    2. My paytm balance was adequate but the app suggested me to choose cash payment by showing low paytm balance (Actual balance was Rs 550/ App showed 250.)
    3.Is there any customer care no to be contacted in such situation?
    4. Why no proactive measures are not in place by uber to help customer trapped in such situation?
    5. Do I trust Uber as a reliable and reasonable cab aggregator?
