VERY WORST SERVICE EVER, THEY DON’T EVEN CARE TO SUPPORT THEIR CUSTOMERS PROPERLY.
My id 9962734078. This is tenth day no rectification of my TV. I have paid for the full year subscription . but no connectivity for more than 10 days. No technician arrived at to rectify. Previous year one month i have paid subscription one day delay but they Tata sky authority did not wait and disconnected their service. But this year more than 10 days I dont have connectivity no one turn back. what a pity situtation. They may require recommendation for this also. Worst service.

Tata sky has no proper service station in India. This agency has permitted to collect money by making foolish to Indian Public.No service station is working for costumer care,they are only for collecting money.

Tata sky help line is very poor.my tata sky kids pack recharge k bad bhi nahi aa raha.paytm se paise cut ho gaye lekin channel chalu nahi huva.

I too had earlier shared my subscriber id in this complaint forum and Tata Sky’s support team did get in touch with me. I am sure they will try getting in touch with you too. Alternatively, you can try writing to them at [email protected] or call their helpline number at 18602086633. The best part is it is available 24X7. I am sure they will assist you in resolving your issue.

I also made mistake to take all conection of tatasky very bad no service
They are adding “add on pack” without my permission and without informing them and charging extra.we have face the problems many time.plz take action immediately. Please revert on my mail as soon as possible.
