    On the 1st of September.
    Bill amount 429/
    Delivery took 5-6 days and then they send me the cheaper variant !!!!!! WHY ????? I immediately requested a refund and returned the packet of 3 pencils UNOPENED !
    On trying to cancel and get a refund I kept getting one pencil refund and couldn’t update the other 2 pencil refund. I gave up thinking that since the order is for 3 pencils together I will automatically get the full refund but o was refunded for only 1 pencil 143/ !!!!
    I have tried everything to correct it but no result. Am shocked how easily they have fooled a customer by sending a cheaper variant and not refunding the full amount
    This is a small amount but it clearly shows they have a lacunae in their system and they are incommunicado !!!!! No number for direct talking and getting someone to understand the problem. All interaction is behind recorded option curtains !!!

  35. Sir/Maram When I open my packing order ID 15286156437 was only paper which is paste by tape. In this regards I have the honour to report hereby that I received my order on 4th. October 2016 at around 1: 45pm. When I open package I got some paper which is paste by tape inside the package and it was also tempered and seen damaged seal pack. When you ship it I got Tracking number. I make track it everyday. According to my experience shipping is always update if there is no holidays. However, my order have seen on 26th to 29th. (4days) September 2016 there is no update without any holidays, The status was shown Ship to Guwahati from Kolkatta airport. Therefore I make a complain against India Post and I got complain number 10007211219. I request please note and track against my complain to know detail my complain. I am very very sorry to inform such a problem issue. I refunded it through dtdc consignment no. V32360677. Now I’m little worry as I have another order ID: 15619017438 which cost Rupees 7831/- (paid). Hope you will be kind enough to consider my case and do the needful. Thanking you.

No update is available either with the courier (Vulvan express) which has shown the status as palette ready for delivery since 07/10/2016. 5 days back I spoke to customer care and was assured delivery within 3 days. Now there is only an automated call. No one you can talk to or get any update on your purchase. This not expected at all at least the status should be given even in case they are not able to fulfill their commitment. Why are the customer put to such agony. The Numbers are not reachable, Either they don’t even have option to resolve issue on Phone. Tried calling many time but no response. The response on mail is in such a way that i won’t help you at all.

    Product are OK, But its your luck if you get it on time. Once missed you will receive it don’t know when. Even you see your product reaches your nearest HUB but you have to wait forever to get it delivered.

    Its a suggestion as well as request to make your service to the customer more Flexible.

To my surprise the product was inferior and made a immediate request for return through the app itself. Since I am not in the service area I got an SMS message from snap deal to send the courier to their warehouse and follow the instruction for return and refund. I did it accordingly and it was promised that once I scan the courier bill through the app and on receipt of the parcel they will make the refund. This is defiantly an act of fraud by the company. They make adversments in the newspaper and get the customers to their site. Avoid purchasing anything from snapdeal. You are definitely going to lose money.

    In the title it is mentioned Pack of 5, however we received only 2 cushion covers. So I had returned this product for refund and I get a mail from their concerned department saying, the product did not meet quality checking criteria.
    I dont get it in what quality did they expect me to return the parcel?? What I received is what I returned, exactly in the same condition in the same packing. Is it uneducated people seated at their quality checking department, who dont even know to read the title where it is clearly mentioned, pack is supposed to have 5 cushions and dont they know to count that there is only 2 in the packet. In such a case they should not trouble their customer instead provide instant refund.
