On 28 November 2016 I made a bill payment and it’s not successfully completed, I have registered a complaint on paytm coustomer care website and they have send me reply that we have refund your money in your paytm wallet but I didn’t received any amount. I made payment to Airtel via Paytm in 3rd week of January but Airtel still shows as outstandding.
Because I out of country tried emailing to [email protected] but got this reply:
“We have stopped monitoring this email address and your email is not being looked at by anyone.
If you have an issue with a Paytm order or for any other issue – please go to http://paytm.com/care” and there is no email except to call them.
How can this kind of service be entertained?
As dumb Rahul says, does PayTM really mean pay to Modi and not the actual recipients?

Paytm is one of the worst customer care service. to connect with tele caller we need to be on call for minimum of 28mins which is worst i’m really fedup with these fellows. And more over please dont maintane any amount in the paytm wallet because if you place any order first ur wallet amount will be deducted apart from orginal amount which you paid from ur bank/credit card

Please help as i don’t know why 7649.86 is reflecting as withdrawn against dispute also when i am transferring any amount to paytm all the amount is deducted against 7649, my 5100 rupees has been deducted till date.
Request you to take action immediately and refund my money back because i have not taken any amount as 7649.
If not got any proper response i will file a case against Paytm.
