When I approached Raj Travels, they told me that they were NOT operating any buses from Ujjain to Shirdi and expressed their helplessness and asked me to contact MakeMyTrip, which I could not. 1> When (15th Nov) ticket issued, ticketed PNR was – FCH92U, mail has come from your end, now the pnr is – NL94MC (your) & N35FXY (airlines pnr). any without split, but WHY ? pax so many problem facing at Hyderabad airport at the time of outbound journey on yesterday (i.e.17th Dec)
2> We have been added the check-in luggage & pay at the time of issuance, but not showing your system any check-in luggage (Outbound or inbound).
3> Now your system showing 8802/- is due, but We have been full payment to your concern website on 15th NOV. What is the due ?
4> Today many times called at your concern’s call centre (18001028747 & 1800118747) talked with Mr. Ajay Sharma & Mr. Rehan Ali. Till now no reply from your call centre (Concern person), regarding this matter.
Please look this matter on urgent basis, reason is tomorrow is the inbound journey & you will add the check in luggage in PNR -FCH92U / NL94MC / N35FXY for 20 kg of every pax.
After all, Make my trip all staff are cheater.

How can i cancel my bus booking
My SpiceJet was cancelled within the airlines who promised to refund the entire amount and they asked me to contact MMT. Whom should I contact?
I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights through Makemytrip portal and paid ₹17,415 at hotel Golden Tulip, Lucknow on 6.10.2018. The payment was made through Vijaya Bank debit card No. 5087 8160 2000 3905 valid till July 2022. While the transaction was going on and payment deducted, the Internet line snapped and no booking ID was delivered. I tried at the hotel to check if booking was received but it didn’t. At Lucknow I again checked at the hotel but nothing. I then booked another hotel and decided to ask for refund on my return.
Would you kindly check and revert. Meanwhile, I am also checking with bank as to where was the amount transferred.
I would appreciate a quick response from you.
