   I buy LG TV, Model Number 24MT44A in Oman on last six month before. Presently my TV in home at Muthupettai, Thanjavur Dist. we are switch power on but not coming output to TV. I want to do service. can you please help me.

   For me try to near by area LG service center nobody not coming to help.

3. Just to know what is the issue of my lcd-led tv, where I see two bright spots on screen, the charges of Rs 600/- is too much. If I repair its OK with me., However if the repair cost is too high, it may not be advisable to repair. May be a new tv will come in the same price. I contacted customer care to know what will be the issue and what should be approximate repair cost. Very unhappy that, customer care do not have any idea. They just take a note that’s it. I think LG should have few tech persons to advise customer like me.
   Please do help when customer need help, and just do not extract money in sake of identifying the problem. May be a little amount could be charged for coming to my place instead of charging completely. I have no issues to pay, when I wish to repair it.
   Please a take a not of it and help the customers instead of minting money.

6. We have a top loading LG washing machine (800-124418) ,the lint filter of the same is torn and nobody is responding properly in Ahmedabad or even numbers provided by your helpline go unanswered. Please let me know where we can buy it.

7. I am buying LG Mobile (model no. LG585 X-Cam dtd. 26/10/2016) in Virar. but mobile not working properly. i visited in Borivali – Mobile Service Centre on last Thurday. The technician have got problem (Mother board and battery (auto turn-off). why should i bear this problem because their is no use more than 25 days. I want new mobile from your company.

I have contacted their customer care more than 3 4 times and also tried a lot to reach local service that too not responding, I am totally disappointed by LG product service. 9. Dear all

   I bought LG LCD TV (model no. 26LK311) on 3rd March 2012. The TV was covered under an AMC but TV stopped functioning from 07-11-2016. Therefore, the first complaint was lodged on 08-11-2016 under complaint No. RNA161108060509. A technician visited from the service center and checked the TV and said that video output was defective and part had to be replaced. He said that he would return with the part, and it will replaced by evening. However, he did not turn back after that. I called him many a times but he did not respond. Again, he came on 12-11-2016 and replaced the part but the problem was still persist. After that I got two more complaints lodged one on dated 19.11.2016 (RNA161119011611) and another on 28.11.2016 (RNP161128016725). Again the engineers keep visited but all in vain. Finally, an engineer came on 28th November and declared that TFT (display) part was damaged. Now they (service Center) are saying that as the TFT of the TV is damaged we are not gonna replace this but can provide you 35% discount of your existing TV bill. Sir, when my Unit is covered under AMC agreement then there can not be any question of 35% discount. I want my unit in working condition.

   Sir, I have been watching TV for approximately last one month and you are not taking your customer seriously. I had a loads of trust on LG product. But you proved me wrong.

12. lg is giving worst service , i buyed a new lgk7 mobile after 5 months the mobile automatically shutoff i went to nearest lg service center after submiting all proofs for 1week i got call from center that for warrenty you will get new mobile to submit all accessories and mobile bill i have submitted all but they are asking that they want empty mobile box i requested them for loss of that box they cant even help me and stating that to wait 1month for part replacment ……………………….. worst service durty lg
    please never buy any model mobile from lg all models are flap models

14. Dear Customer Care,

    I am utterly disappointed in the LG brand since I brought a brand new LG G4 mobile on 3rd Dec 2015 and was equally excited about the same. It was my first LG mobile and had Sony, Moto, Nokia in the past. It was a risk for me but still i took it.

    Now after an year, yesterday suddenly my phone just stops at the LG logo screen and doesnt move from there. It gets stuck on the LG logo screen and removing the battery or a hard reset doesnt do anything good. I read about this problem online and many users have complained the same. It is predominantly shameful that LG is not disclosing this problem in spite of this being a world wild failure and LG is not taking responsibility.

    Requesting you to give me a solution since this is really a downfall for LG and you are at the verge of loosing a brand follower. I have other LG products at home but now I am beginning to think if I should switch over to other brands.

    This is to inform you that I have parched a VACUUM CLEANER through Aditya Vision, Darbhanga, Bihar on dated 22nd May’17 and that time they (someone in shop) confirmed that tomorrow there will be demo call at your residence but still I am waiting for Demo. And for that I have contacted several times with Soap (Aditya Vision) & your service centre but despite of that till now issue is not solved.
    Your service centre (8298646033) given me the number of Mr Manoj (9835441417) and I had contacted with him in between 12 pm to 12:30 pm and that time he confirmed me that I will come approx 2 hours but till now he hasn’t come and for your kind information his behaviour is also not acceptable by customer like me. Then I contacted with HOD (9709700681) but again no initiative was taken.
    So now you suggest me what should I do on urgent basis, otherwise I will registered my complain in consumer forum.

    NOTE- I won’t be available in darbhanga next 2 days, that’s why I have contacted several time and told him (Service centre & Mr Manoj) regarding my non-availability but despite of that they ignore.

18. Escalation for TV issue for Vertical line on LED LG TV – Model No. LED/55LA6200, Receipt No. 4040CD02021363 from Giriyas, Jaya Nagar, Bangalore(INDIA)

    We had Purchased LG led 3D smart tv LG-LED/55LA6200 on 14th April ,14 of amount Rs 115,000/- ….Since last 1 year TV has got 1 vertical line , initially the line was very thin and visible only for few seconds but since Nov 2016 it is getting thicker day by day….i am worried it will get even thicker or spread across whole screen.
    I ignored it initially considering it is small issue but now it has become painful, I contacted the customer care, and they are asking me to change the panel which might cost 50% of the TV cost. We are shocked to hear about the defect within 2 years. I wondered such a big brand like LG is selling faulty product in Market with huge COST which can’t work for even 2 years properly.
    Surprised to hear from the technician, that it is common problem with LG TVs panel ,LG is selling outdated and faulty products thru their dealers. I have been cheated by LG. This is faulty piece been given to us and I would like to get this replaced at first hand. I am no more a fan of LG Products.
    How come LG give a warranty of 1 year for a faulty and outdated product.. We are investing so much money on brands like LG with a trust that it will last longer. We could have purchased unbranded products which gives better service and warranty at much lower price with same quality. It is disappointing, for a middle class person to bear the panel replacement cost.

    Kindly address my issue urgently and help me getting repaired/replaced my TV.
