I have given my LENOVO handset at jaipur service centre on.5 June 2017. SInce last 14 days they r assuring to get it repaired with in 1 or 2 days.I am fed up with the service of the company.no one is authorised to give proper reply.can any one help me.

15 days ago, I have purchased Lenovo Vibe K5 (Grey) through Amazon India site. But i am facing problem like :
1) Charger problem : Full battery charge or consumed within 20 minutes.
2) Phone problem: After 5 minutes when calls going or incoming both cases phone battery too much hot but when i have seen earlier these specification are not mentioned.
Request you to please replaced this phone and provide me new phone.

i bought a lenovo mobile (Lenovo Vibe K5 Note ) from Flip kart on 20th April, 2017. the mobile became out of order on 18 th June, 2017. I submitted the mobile in Service centre in Kukatpally Hyderabad. But till date I have not got back the mobile after repairing. this is irresponsible attitude of the personnale working at the centre. Now I think I have wrongly selected lenovo brand. after spending Rs 12500/= to purchase this mobile, I have to move here and there for servicing of new mobile. earlier i thought it was a reputed brand. but it does not remain so.
I have Lenovo Vibe K 5 Mobile and having display problem.Details as below
1) Before 2 months One side Display was not working i was not able to type Q and 1
2) After 1 month Another side display was not working i was not able to Type P and 0
3) Now total display is not working. Display is now totally black out.
I have visited Lenovo service center i Borivali and as per your executive this will not cover inn under warranty as even though mobile in warranty.
As there small damage on mobile. That small damage wont be damaged the display.
I have suggested Service center executive to give in written that defect in Display is due to damage. However they refused to do the same.
Also i have asked to give me reason to defect in Display.however they are not able to give me in written that is defect in Display due to damage on mobile and reason of the display defect.
If this not manufacturing defect why dont they given me in written and Why are they not able to tell reason of display defect?
Is small damage affect on display?
Damaged is happened before defect occured in Mobile
I have met the other 2-3 customer and they are also facing same problem. Means this is common display defect in Vibe K5. Then is should be cover in Warranty As there is no damage on display.
