I have been flying Indigo for the past three to four years without a break, even tried flying out of the country with this Airline. as i had liked it very much
However, sadden to state that the way the Bangalore Airport officials and their personnel have handled by lost luggage situation has been far from being a professional service that i have been believing and continuing to believe until this evening. the flight 6E 357 from Hyd to Bangalore on the 12th december 2016
I have been given false promises about delivery of my lost luggage, i have also been accused of not responding to calls and lying, can one imagine, my luggage, and I’m lying and not attending calls.
I have spoken to Sherwin at the Airport, Jinu from your call centre, Adar at the Call centre, Sashi from the delivery section. All of them have been providing me false promises. I have taken this up now with my legal team, hope to now build up a serious case as this will eventually cost me my project and my client, this would be a huge loss towards which i have worked for the past 4 months.
Pathetic is not even the closest word when their dispatch person started to disconnect my calls this evening from 2130, the only reason i was calling Sashi was that he had promised me the delivery by 2200 hours.
Despicable and appalling. I am totally disgusted with the airline that i so much liked and used. Not anymore.

It’s regarding today morning flight at 5.45 AM. My Mother (age 55 plus) had reached the Indigo counter at 5.10. We had done the web check-in. However, she was not allowed to travel and was suggested to travel Night flight after paying 6000 plus rupees. Inspite of repeating request your staff did not accept our request. This is not fair. We have lost the ticket fair and on booking the next ticket we had to pay 2765. This is non-sense. It’s not an international flight. Have you trained your staff on how to make money on cost of troubling the travelers? We always had tough time with Indigo flight be it with baggage or travel services. As we have no other option we choose indigo. Please consider this matter. It’s not an international flight where you are so specific about closing the counter and in city like Bangalore and especially for elder citizens you should consider this. I have discussed this situation with my friends and they are shocked to know about the stupidity the staff has shown. Please train your staff in better decision making. I am expecting refund of amount of ticket which we have not used and the additional charges we had to pay for next flight.

Today me and my wife ( commander NV Bhaskar Rao and Mrs. Jhansi Lakshmi ) reported for check in one hour before vide PNR.LBWCQM for 6E 6417 indigo flight from Hyderabad to Bangalore to leave at 1350 hrs. The queue was long , hence we approached the supervisor for help, then seeing our ticket, her immediate response was, we are late and can not check in– she saw our ticket at 1308 hrs, says we are late by 3 minutes, not listening to us, while we are waiting in Q.

Had travelled from Bangalore to Jaipur on 30th November 2017 morning 6:05 flighat. In the checking bag had taken laptop, Airtel dongle etc. and because of the same the bag was not sent to Jaipur, the same day evening had authorized a friend to collect the bag from Bangalore. But Indigo staff didn’t release all the goods and had called multiple times to the staff of Jaipur Indigo staff and customer care but still waiting for the goods to receive.

Sharing my recent experience with Goindigo.in Bad customer experience on goindigo.in @IndiGo #indigoairlines IndiGo 03/01/2107 travelled from Bengaluru to Kolkata flight no 6E 529 departed at 11:30 pm.
I collected my baggage from conveyor belt no. 3 from Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport (CCU), of which one sky bag tolley was locked with steel plated lock and at the time of collecting my bag the lock was missing.
#Possibilities:
1. During loading and unloading the lock may have misplaced. Or
2. The staffs may have purposely unlocked my bag to steal of their use.
I am posting these because we hv already noticed one recent incident in viral video where airline staffs were mishandling with baggage during uploading bags in cargo.
Also I have faced way back 1- 2 years ago #indigoairlines with same kind of incident, where my bag lock was broken n the zip was tarnished badly. At that time i thought it was a rare incident n let it be as it is.
We passengers choose the costly transportation as “airlines” because it is the most safest n shortest journey. But sadly it is no more a safe one where we cannot put our precious stuffs in the cargo checkin. Rediculous na.
So I request you all, please take care of your stuffs and IndiGoairlines to assure the safeties of passengers henceforth. Pasting ticket print as I hv this only.

Hi I am Rajen Dutia ,a senior citizen. My wife and me travelled from AHD to MUM on flight no 6E 313 on 18th March. The scheduled departure was 7.55 pm . But due to some reason it was delayed and took off at 9.15–9.30 pm.
When it reached Mumbai there was some traffic congestion at Mumbai airport so it could not land there and had to be diverted back to AHD for refueling. There were lots of heated arguments between the crew members and the passengers as some of them had to catch connecting flights. BUT the way the women crew members handled the situation was worth APPRECIATION. The staff namely Jennifer, Naina, Khusnani and Pratiksha did a remarkable job in pacifying the agitated passengers. They were very polite and humble. The captain Khushal and his co-pilot were also there by the side of the crew. The ground staff, I just remember the name of Namaan and there were others too who helped the passengers, specially a lady who had just undergone knee surgery . The captain called for a replacement Pilot and only after the new
pilot came did Khushal leave the plane. On my request, as we all were hungry, some snacks and tea coffee were served to all, which was very refreshing.
I would really be happy if some recognition is given by the airline to the crew staff specially Jennifer and Naina.
Why will not the airline PROSPER if it has staff like these crew members.

My bag detained on flight HYD to IXE on 8/7/18 PNR C8E6F flight 6E7101. Due to accidentally keeping power bank, authorisation letter to remove it and send the baggage by next flight to IXE was done at 9.30am at Mangalore. Till 9.30 pm baggage was not sent

During the floods in Kerala when cochin airport was shut I had booked two seats for 12,900 Rs from Trivandrum to bangalore. Because I’m based in Cochin I couldn’t travel to Trivandrum to catch that flight since the route to Trivandrum was blocked and trains were cancelled. So called indigo and they said they’d give full refund. But they didn’t. In spite of taking a flexi Fare ticket. And now they’re not responding. If someone responds during live chat also they stop responding after hearing the issue. So even when a state in their country is facing such issues they don’t do anything. Just not keep any promises and cheat their customers. Unethical people.
Why don’t you control cabin packages. Passengers bring 2-3 bags and the genuine frequent official travellers are being facing issues to keep their bags in the cabin. The passengers who are permitted to board the flight fill up all front cabins. Every time premier seat passengers are facing the problem to keep our laptop bags.
