Do not get GTPL. Third class service. If you try to call customer care number you have to wait for an hour to join call. Sometimes they receive the call and put it on hold. My internet plan os 2 mbps unlimited but after 7 pm i rarely get 1 mbps. If i complain about it then it works for 1 hour and then same low speed. Third third third class service.

I have shifted from mumbai to gujarat. I took gtpl broadband connection one month ago. From 3 days the connection is down i logged a complain in gtpl and they answered that within 3 days ur problems will get resolved but i got no answer even after 2 days. Now i am called agin in customer care and agin same answer is been said to me. But no one is ready to look into it. I have never seen such 4th grade customer service in my life. Really beyond disappointed. Hell of a worst service please do not take gtpl connection when u will face problem no one listen to ur problem and u will just get bulshit answer everytime…
Im also facing the same internet connectivity problem from 22nd September. Despite calling several times to customer care, the answer given is my complaint has been forwarded to higher level. Till date no technician has visited my site to resolve the issue.

Since last 9 days my Broadband has no connectivity and each day customer care and nodal desk officer promises me to send a technical person in next few hours but till today a technical person never visit my house. The worst fourth class service I have ever seen is the great GTPL.
