My issue was i have done recharge of 219 rs airtel dth but my recharge had not done and my balance was deducted from my freecharge wallet after that i had send email to freecharge customer care but there teply was that we will solve your problem within 24 to 48 hrs but after 2or 3 days my problem had not solve after that i was trying to call toll free number of freecharge customer support but the number was not reachable guys i will suggest you that dont do big amount of recharge from freecharge small amount vill b ok for you…….. My request to freecharge team is please improve your service and give the proper customer care number so that people can reach to the customer care and get there problem solve and one more thing to improve that is your mail process beacuse when i had send mail to your customer care there rply was we have received your ticket our customer care agent will contact you within 24 to 48 hours but there is no cll from you customer care and there is no other mail of solving the problem.

On 01.2.2017 through 1mg.com website booked some medicines and made payment through freecharge payment gateway by using SBI Debit Card, transaction failed and money got debited to my account.

Till today i.e. 10.02.2017 my ticket no.1096680 is not resolved and hope to get it solved at earliest.
