I am also having the same issue. I purchased the product and it was delivered on 21st Nov but product was not good so I raised the return request on the same day. The return request was approved and I got the confirmation on the same from Flipkart customer care. So per their communication, I was under impression that they are going to initiate the refund after pickup, as the the product was birthday gift for my kid so I purchased it from store. Now, on 28th Nov I got a call from Flipkart Bangalore “080-67982400” and the representative behaviour was not at all accepted and he was telling me your return can not initiate and you can do whatever you want. I am planning to file a case in consumer court, I believe this is the only way to teach a lesson to these bastard.

I had purchased Swipe Elite Power – 4g Volte phone and it had heating issues.After confirmation from the technician on heating issues. Later Called up Flipkart customer care and asked for a replacement and it was replaced. However while replacing, I enquired on what would happen even the replacement phone had any issues. Agent promised me saying then Flipkart will do a refund. Once again the phone had an heating issues. Again I called up Flipkart and there was no response. I have the calls recorded and would strongly recommend you to go through the conversations.
However Today twice the call was disconnected and there was no proper response. I am deeply disappointed with the response and behavior of the agents.

I want cancel this order because it is defective product. before it I complained about this item, then your team says that item will return and refund. But item returned and replace the order is in the way. I want not replacement. I want only refund.
I have placed an order of 3 packet of nutra green coffee powder form at flipkart which cost Rs 225 per packet. But i was sent arabic green coffee for Rs 160 per packet that too in grain form , still i was charged as Rs 225 plus Rs 50 per packet. I talked to flipkart they said that they cannot solve unless 14.10.17. And the things which they sent me was also not collected till date after 1 week.
