    Customer id: 840715100, I am unable to pay HDFC Credit card bill through you mobile app. No option found in for HDFC credit card payment or in add biller. i called to customer care today around 9:10 AM one lady pick up my phone and was told me the incorrect option.. once i tolled her to take my complaint for this issue.. She disconnect my call saying i was not responding…. she was in a hurry on call to disconnect, she only made a reason from her own and call disconnected. please look into the issue..

    at this stage due to demonetisation.
    But, since from 9th Nov, the Axis Bank ATM closed and never had cash!!.

    This is regarding the issue of return. I had booked Cello Novelty Big Cupboard-Brown on 17th October 2016 and the same is delivered to me on 20.10.2016. And because of size issue i put the item for return. The same is collected by your delivery boy on 25th October 2016.

    I Put Recurring deposit on 1st of every month on monthly basis. This December 01-12-2016 credited 5000 and again credited 5000 on 02-12-2016.     I want to transfer money from my Axis bank account and When I try to register for Netsecure, there is a error coming up Session Invalid. I need assistance on this immediately on call!! Please escalate this issue to the relevant authority!!

The Axis Bank of Manton Branch at Behalf refused to accept an SBI cheque of Kolkata High Court SPB Branch, no.(029555 ) on 03.12.2016 pertaining to the deposit of school fees i.r. o. my daughter, Isika Mandal. The Branch Manager had told me that on the instructions of School Authority they were doing so but he failed to show me any instruction issued from the SHAW PUBLIC SCHOOL . That day the school was closed . So, I turned up to the school today (05.12.2016) and asked clarification in this matter . The school categorically said that it is up to the Bank whether they would accept cheques or not and they had nothing to do in this matter . When it brought to the notice of the Bank, the concerned official misbehaved with me and forced me to deposit the fees amount in cash .

    I am surprised to see a massage on our mobile that Axis bank issued the the credit card No. xxxxxxxxxxxxx9852 and send the intimation on for debit Charges Rs. 575, now question is that, for that Axis bank is sending the massage to deduction sum of rupees we have not a single application made to them to get the Credit Card neither i received it ,then how it is possible that without any application Bank issued the credit card and making the deduction for the customer Accounts.
    this is one type of harassment and increasing lot of confusion,
    please look into the matter seriously.& stop to drop such type massage for future.

  57. my humble request to axis bank to update a valid number where we can connect to customer care.. tryed to call lots of times but all call disconnected. so my comment is here.. I had paid my bill in Reliance mall at 20/12/2016 at the evening time… the amount was 1980 but my bill cut 3 times.. and i had complain at reliance mall to give me back my due balance 3960.. today they had told me that they replace my balance but in my account still not getting my money.. so, my request that i need my balance back soon…

Without any information they have deducted 5 USD from my forex account STATING THAT ” Your a/c 53406017 is debited USD 5 on 2016-12-31 A/c balance is USD 19.06 Info: Inactivityh Fee for Q3 FY17 ” your told that if I keep 20 USD, account will be continued and nothing will be charged. I will like to inform you that i have salary ACC. in axis bank and i have Rs.2000 BL in my ACC. and they deposited Rs.6000 on 27/12/2016 (Tuesday) and I try to withdraw a cash from SBI ATM On 7/01/2017(Saturday)and i swipe twice first Rs.4500 and second time i swiped Rs.4000.But their was no cash in ATM But they Deducted Rs.4000. now i have Rs.3993.I have already put mail earlier also on (9/01/2017).
    And our company they deposited again Rs.3000 on 11/01/2017(Wednesday) in my ACC.and Total amount shall be Rs.11000.But i have withdrawn Rs.4000 on 12/01/2017(Thursday)So the total Amount shall be Rs.7000.But now i have only Rs.2993.
    Still i didn’t get Rs.4000 in my ACC. and even i didn’t get a call from customer care till now.

I want to complain about wrost service of the axis bank jhalawar rajasthan…today i went to axis bank jhalawar branch 1.10 pm the gaurd told me its lunch time then i come back to home and again i went to the bank on 3.15 the guard told me the bank closed now come tomorrow that time the behavior of guard was very bad. i want to know according to RBI guidline what is the branch closing time of axis bank jhalawar.     It is with deep regrets that I have to bring to your notice absolute lack of service in your branch.
    I am a client of your bank for the past … years (mention duration) and hold a Saving Account.I wish to bring to your notice that an amount of 700/- has been deducted from my bank account twice without my consent and acknowledgement as a bounce check amount to Bajaj Capital Finance. This is completely unjustified and unlawful to make my account access and allow anyone to take money from my account.
    I have already clear all my dues to Bajaj Finance so how come the bounce check charges occur. Same thing i have already explained to Bajaj Finance and they are denyingto receive any bounce check amount .
    Is this the service that a customer holds account you with.

Why sir what reason sir.
