The Axis Bank of Manton Branch at Behalf refused to accept an SBI cheque of Kolkata High Court SPB Branch, no.(029555 ) on 03.12.2016 pertaining to the deposit of school fees i.r. o. my daughter, Isika Mandal. The Branch Manager had told me that on the instructions of School Authority they were doing so but he failed to show me any instruction issued from the SHAW PUBLIC SCHOOL . That day the school was closed . So, I turned up to the school today (05.12.2016) and asked clarification in this matter . The school categorically said that it is up to the Bank whether they would accept cheques or not and they had nothing to do in this matter . When it brought to the notice of the Bank, the concerned official misbehaved with me and forced me to deposit the fees amount in cash .

Dear bank , Date 24.7.2k17 i have deposited 12000 in axis bank ATM machine phase 7 mohali but it was not credited in my account it has shown NOTES LEFT BEHIND. Notes were retracted my account no. And one more thing the staff of phase 7 is very bad in dealing they are harrace this is not professional attitude.i need payment urgently but they don’t co-operate with us and behave redicously and also bank manager was not there at that time . I have an account in your Axis Bank, Margherita Branch, Assam. A/c. No. 915010001150812. On 20.11.2017 I had booked Online one Air Ticket through Cleartrip, but it is surprise that from my account two times debited of Rs. 5991/- each and ticket generated one time. At about 11.:19:45 on 20.11.2017 Rs. 5991 debited from my account, but it is already 18 days passed the amount not credited to my account.
I contacted to Cleartrip as well as Axis Bank Margherita Branch and they advise me to to contact at Call Center. I contacted several times but no fruitful result come out.

I am future customer of your bank last 08.03.2018 filled the my current account (M/s.K.G.Electricals) opening form and submitted Rs.11000.00 cheque for the same.On 12.03.2018 same cheque clear but I don’t get massage from axis bank wanwarie br.then Today I visit the branch for the same and what about my a/c opening status sale officer tell me Br.Manager sign balance only thats why I meet to manager Mrs. Iyeer. She answer me that because of March ending your account will be open after 10 to 15 days.She answer me like I am not anyone or common man who get right to attend.
I could not understand that why she not attend me properly that why I say close the a/c opening work and returned my money. She say “ok” you give re question for the same.but she not sing my form.
My question is ? why my account is not importent to your branch because I am small businessman or I not Neerva Modi and Vijay Maliya.

and 2nd 50008 Rs but aapki branch seoni mp me only 1st 1557 Rs liya or 2nd bouchar lene se mana kar diya , today fir 59963 ka deposition ke liye gaye to aaj to lene se hi mana kar diya yesa kyu sir,puchne par bhi jor se bat karte hai Branch manager se bat karne par bhi branch managar mana karta hai ki aapke itne baouchar jama nahi honge yesha kahi rulse hai kya
Don’t opt for this bank services, this bank has the worst service. After sometime their executives will start calling you to purchase credit cards not once or twice in a week but thrice in a day. They continue to call you even after saying that you don’t want any credit card. I’m facing this problem, their executives call me three times in a day to purchase credit card and the fact is I don’t use my account and have less then 10k amount in it. After telling all these things they are not stopping to call me and nobody is helping me.

I recently went through with one of the fraud incident by Local Axis Bank Executive in Pune. When I did contact him for home loan, he told me about the Home Loan 12 waive off EMI scheme the name is called “Shubh Aarambh”. Upon on the scheme details he told me the processing fee worth of Rs.11, 800/- I agreed on his statement and I handed over cheque worth of Rs.11,800/- and required documents for home loan. Within few days he provided me Sanction Letter and I was waiting for property to book, however I did not get a luck to book property within required timeframe so after 6 month I booked the property and contacted him but he told me the letter is expired so again I reapplied for the same type of Loan to Axis Bank with another executive and once I shown new executive the existing approved Sanction letter then I got to know the given letter was not for the scheme “Shubh Aarambh” and the approved sanction letter is for “Power Home” which took approximately amount 2000 to 3000 Rs. Once I got to know the incident I got shocked
Now I am worried whether should I go for Home Loan with Axis bank or not?
Again I have reapplied with Axis bank for home loan with another Axis bank executive for the scheme “Shubh Aarambh”. But I don’t want to spend double 11,800/- Rs amount for the same scheme.
I hope I will get positive response and customer will not lose trust for one of the reputed bank. FYI – Additionally I have attached sanction letter which will show you all the details without Loan Number and “Shubh Aarambh” scheme.
