I purchased Sanyo tv 49″ from Amazon. Yesterday company Engineer visited and said the TV SET IS DEFECTED AS BOTH SUB ARE NOT WORKING and has to Repair. Now why should get my new set get repair. I want a replacement / refund of the same as it is a defected piece.
Plz do the needful. By getting it replace with new one. The set is also doesn’t holds any steep of OK / TESTED.
I will not allow to temper It by company person as I have paid 31000/- approx for new set and it has to be replaced. No matters I have to go to any other ways and means to make people aware of the Sanyo/ Panasonic. Product quality and their after sales support.

To my utter shock they refused to accept in warranty phone stating that they only handle paid repairs .

I was supposed to receive the package in between 12th and 14th of November 2016. I received a message saying my order was delivered on 111th Nov’ 16 when i didn’t receive any. i spoke to your customer care representative on 12th, and he told me that the status was updated to “Delivered” due to some scanner issues and the package would be delivered to me asap. Even after a week after that, i haven’t received my package. I have rasied several complaints on this issue.
I’m very unhappy with the service from AMAZOn. I always bought stuff from you guys and considered you to be the best. I’m tired of running behind this product even after paying extra delivery charge. I have recieved a reply to my complaints saying, neither the product can be delivered nor the refund can be done. I wonder why AMAZON’s service has gone so bad.

I purchased a DELL Inspiron 11 3162 from Amazon on 30-11-2016. The product arrived in good shape but within a week or ten days the internet started giving trouble .Any number of calls to customer Service toll free did not help. In fact it made it worse as they took over control of my Dell computer and claimed to have repaired it. Thereafter, it worked for a few days and again stopped.They said that there is no problem with hardware but it is the softwear and transferred me to another department called softwear. At softwear department after a while they hung up on me and recorded voice came whether I am satisfied or not. Again next day I managed to get the softweart Dept who helped to uninstall wireless and promised to sent tsome gears by email. Nothing came. I have been trying since morning tbut the customer service say theu are busy and hang up .For me, who is not very compute rliterate and 69 years old this is an impossible task as Dell is neither replacing this bad piece nor putting it right.

Still I will be narrating you the incidents that have took place with me while I have ordered products from Amazon.
1st incident (Order # 407-8389653-0944361)
I ordered MI Red-mi 4A on 23rd of March, which was supposed to get delivered on 24th March (as it was ordered using Amazon Prime), but I didn’t received it and had to wait in office till 8pm later I en-quired the Customer Care provided me with some lame excuses.
Finally I received it on 25th March which was unfortunately Saturday and as my delivery address was my office address I had to come to office on Saturday which is a holiday to receive my product.
2nd incident (Order # 402-4035467-7517158, Order # 402-4035467-7517158)
It’s not getting anyway better, even more worse this time round I ordered Led bulb on 8th of April which was about to reach me between 11th April – 17th April but unfortunately today is 19th of April still the product is no where and even adding to my worries its showing up as Delivered which is not the case. I am trying to contact with the Customer Care people but they are also quite useless as it seems to be as the only answer they have from their side is “Sir wait for 24hours”, this has happened twice still I haven’t received the product yet and no clear idea or surety when will I be receiving my order.
I don’t know if you people do even bother to read my mail or even respond back to my queries as you are such a big PROFITABLE ORGANIZATION with so much user base hence I customer does not even matters, but its really frustrating when such incidents takes place and as an customer I need to waste my time to call up for enquirers.

This is really frustrating now, I buy a phone on 5 may 2017 for my near one is cash on delivery. Which was completely none of use. I returned that phone on 10 may 2017 in quick time as phone was not in running condition.
I asked for refund which should have been done in 2-10 working days. I asked customer care amazon, they said refund is successfully initiated on 10, may 2017 from their end. They shared a reference no. HSBCN17130090359 on 19 may 2017. I called my bank, with reference of that number. They are redirecting me for amazon by saying there is no transaction.
I really pissed of with the services. I bought a phone Redimi 3S Prime Gold 32 GB worth 8,999/- . I never suggest my freinds to use amazon. I will not take any followup now. This is regarding the order placed for Redmi mobile on the 08.10.2017 (Refer order no.#402-3737028-1617944). For the same payment was made through credit card (SBI) under the No cost EMI on same day order was cancelled and I got the e mail regarding reversal of the payment from amazon, but on 13.10.2017 I got another email regarding the some charging of
interest by bank and amazon committed to pay the difference amount under the GC before the 19.10.2017. But still initial payment made by me not reversed to bank and bank charging me EMI. Reviewed the bank statement and payment was debited on 12.10.2017 which is not reversed by the Amazon. For reversal of payment I am waiting from last two months. Several times tried to communicate with Amazon customer care but unable to get communicate with the representative.
I am very much frustrated due to such irresponsible and poor behavior of amazon. Kindly look in to the matter and revert on priority. as I am paying the EMI without purchasing any thing from amazon.
