    I had recharged my mobile 9521410242 on 2nd Aug 2016 at 03:56 AM through Airtel recharge site and money were deducted wide SBI Bank transaction no IG0CLJNKZ9 for Rs 400 but it was not deposited in mobile balance. Very next moment I did for 9521410243 and were deposited in that mobile.
    So here we request you to kindly reimburse 400 Rs to 9521410242 which were not deposited.

But these three data pack recharges 185, 396, 335 are failure one by one due to your server error and my amount is deduct from my account. Due to this reason I call to customer care aftersome time regarding these recharges. Your executive response me that our sever has technical problem so you please call after sometime. After sometime two recharges show successful I,e 396 and 335 but I want recharge only one data pack from these three data packs. For this purpose I again call to customer care, I told about my data pack. But they response we have no mistake from our end and we can’t refund your two data pack recharges. I am very disappointed from this response. I hope u will act upon my request. I shall be very thankful to u.

I said it won’t work if I’m outside India from a landline she said it will lots of customers do that. I have a postpaid number and I just tried from Australia and Lo…it didn’t work at all!!!! Then I called them again to stop my data pack only so I don’t get billed again next month and what happened??? They stopped my whole internet connection. Wah Airtel !!!

  50. My No is 04060761351_ap for the broadband connection. It is there for the past 2 years, and if it works it is well. But when it is down, I face hell to deal with the complaints registration, on line help and reworking. The service engineer hardly vists.
    Now, for the past 22 days(since prior to vinayaka chaturdhi, the Broadband is down. Whenever I book for complaint I have to wait and waste 29 to 25 minutes listening I call is important. Finally, when the complaint is booked, after 3 hrs , somebody will ring and ask what is problem, without giving help they say Service Eigineer will come. It is happening repeatedly fourtimes, and the dockets are closed without attending. When I threatened, that I will close my connection, again same promise of Service Engineer’s vist. Day before , yesterday and even today. Finally, I fedup with this and want to close the connection and I will not pay any more bill. Airtel authorities may take a note of it.

    1. There are multiple ways to get to the customer care, if you press 1 for mobile you then need to go 5->4->9 or 6->9. When i asked the customer care why they had hidden these options, these options made no sense, i wanted to talk about not being able to send SMS and i had to choose 6 fo queries on online payment and then 9…the customer care guy said it had been deliberately hidden to discourage customers from calling the customer care …. i think its crazy that airtel would hide the option of talking to customer care.

Almost all the numbers you have given goes to the same automatic telling response system which is not good for a developing company. Considering your future prospects, i suggest that it is better to give customer care executive contact numbers in all the communications from your end. Try to develop the business by hearing the voice of the customers. The promotion of business is possible only if you hear the complaints, criticisms and suggestions from the customers.     1. why the complaint number not given to me when i file the complaint in appeal, where as as per the rules, the appeal complaint number must be given in 2 days of filing the complaint ?

    2. when i am appealing to the appeal authority, when the problem is not resolved by the nodal officer and customer care, why it was treated as normal complaint ?

    3. when the complaint was filed on 28/3/16, when all the evidences were given why the action was taken on 17/4/16 only ?

    4. when i keep requesting you to return back the amount or activate my plan for 1.5 GB 2G data with the previous balance of 926 MB Remaining in account, why it was not given to me yet, whereas the recharge was done with in date ?

    5. why you are keeping harrashing the customer ?

    6. when my mobile is registered under DND, and it was in locker, there was no request from my side, why the service was activated, why even after informing the charges of Rs. 35/- not returned to my account , on the same date ?

    7. if the customer is not satisfying with your response, why are you not actually resolving the problem and keep cancelling the complaints ?

    8. why from March 2016, as per your harrashment i keep asking for the MNP and the balance transfer, why you did not inform me the way for the same ?

    9. I am a research scholar, my Ph.D. work is delayed and i have to pay the additional fees, take the extension in my work due to your harrashment and misbehaviour, are you going to pay the fees for the same ?

    10. who has given you the permission to play with the customers, students careers ?

    I have always been using postpaid Sims of different companies but for the first time I thought of trying an airtel prepaid Sim to save some money.
    The main issue is that today (November 7) morning I made a recharge of Rs 501. How’s that a mistake? Because Rs 501 is for some Singapore airtel smart plan for those who are planning to visit Singapore. I don’t know how many people are aware of this but how the hell am I supposed to know? Even after discussing this issue with 2-3 airtel executives they are saying that the only solution is to visit Singapore and use that plan.. Sounds absurd, right? But absolutely true. No warning or message highlighting that rs501 is for international roaming will pop up.
    So people that’s how you lose your money instantly through airtel. Please share this message.

    This is really bad. I was facing slowness with my Airtel network.
    As you mentioned open network everywhere but this one week at many (main) places (in Chennai) there were no signal.
    Simply mentioned about 4G network. Only 1week after upgrading to smartphone with 4G SIM, it was shown with 4G signal for both (Network & Internet) but then it was gone.
    Still unclear to what I need to upgrade to get such.
    I don’t know this is called support/service to long time (users) customers.
    Am unable to attach screenshot. I don’t know whether you will consider this as serious matter.

What kind of service this? please explain. We have six buildings in Cessna business teck park Kadubeesanahalli ( Bangalore) in all building facing the same issue. It was told by the customer care respondent 11.46 AM on 17.04.2017 the duplicate sim cost is Rs 25/- but the Lakshana , Airtel retailer collects Rs 100/- without receipt and the Duplicate sim received at 10.30 AM on 18.04.2017 till it was activated.   145. Please Consider your prevailing prepaid Airtel tariff plan for 3G Hanset users also : Tariff is Rs.399/- for Unlimited local +STD and 70GB data validity for 70 days/ 10W .
    Though I am using 3G set, and after-recharge message confused, and on quarry I understand that your 4G message wrongly comes to me along with voice call information also regarding above tariff plan.As the result of which wrong message comes me confused as there was lack of information about the 4G/3G users.
    secondly, not rejecting the recharge amount by default is accepted – recharge successful though it is specific tariff plan for 4G users.

    So, Please maintain the same tariff plan and benefit for both users as well as above all they are your customers………

  149. I have a postpaid no vide no. 7086315129. And last December’16 i have stoped my 3g data pack facility. but till March’17 it has charged on my bill for Rs.850/- + Tax. After tele discussion with Airtel customer for the bill of Feb’17 it has been removed. But again bill for the month of March’17 it has been charged.
    So I am requesting you to kindly complete the permanent solution for this issue. So I can pay my actual outstanding payment.

Once a customer’s A/c. is debited he/she falls under your prey since you do not bother to send A/C. statement in spite of repeated reminders which is of course was unlike in the sometimes past when we received updated A/c. statenet within a few days of investment. )n 20.05.2017 an amount 0f Rs. 0ne lac was debited vide NO. setu/stp17j553809/NFO/AO5225b from A/c. No. 396010100086976 i HAVE NOT HAD ANY a/C. statement for my nominee. I am 69 and natuarally due to ageing process my anxiety is much higher than others. If service can’t be rendered why to insist a customer for such investment ? How long I have to look froward for such legitimate service I don’t know.

    as per the new policy of government,we have to link our mobile number with adhaar card,
    my mother named Rashmi Srivastava (Mb 9651597514)went to link her Airtel mobile number with her adhaar card to the Airtel Service centre infront of Ganga Jamuna Hotel near Railway STation,Hardoi,UP on 19th July 2017.

    the customer service center manager asked for rs 100 for linking Adhaar Card with her mobile number.i was there with her at that time.He said that after 72 hours of verification,Rs 100 will come in Airtel money Bank…

    we asked that we donot want to open airtel money bank account.but he said ,it is compulsory for everyone…He said the sum of Rs 100 will reach the airtel money bank account in 72 hours..

    so account was opened with 100 Rs..

    today when the money was not in account,
    first we tried reaching customer care on phone at numbers 121 or 198,
    but there was no option to talk to customer care executive,
    then, my sister with my mother went to ask in that store about the reason…
    the manager instead of helping was just saying call customer care,
    she didnot knew about airtel money bank account or any other thing,
    everyone doesnot understand all this,
    why they need to open account at first place when we refused for it,

    when she pressurized to help her,
    he start behaving very inapropiately with my sister asking to open account in airtel money bank first…
    but you can check airtel money bank account was already opened at the time of linking adhaar card,
    he hasnot done the transaction yet of rs 100 or did fraud to earn rs 100…
    he behaved very badly with my mother and sisters,
    this made them very sad and caused mental trauma and tension to them..

    even we donot care about 100rs much,
    but this behaviour to ladies was unacceptable,

    when i came to know about that problem,
    i went to that store,

    when i asked him about the reason of non getting 100rs in airtel money bank,
    he checked the number and said
    your sister behaved very inapropriately
    and started using hard language with me too…

    i then took my mobile out and started recording the video with it to have some proof of his behaviour,
    upon seeing the mobile video he became very innocent and then also
    he was not ready to help…he asked me to come again…
    we already went there two times because of his fault,
    our house is nearly 3 km from that store,
    we are not going again there for 100rs,
    but this is necessary to complaint about his behaviour

    he fraudly took money by not providing full information and
    then he was not ready to help(although in the end he said he will see the transaction details to know why the money was not delivered to the airtel money bank account,but reaaly how much time does it take to see transaction details)

    rest conservation is in video,i have i can send it to you
    please take action against such fraudster…
    he caused a lot of trauma to my sister because of his inappropriate behaviour…

    we donot want any compensation money for inconvenience caused,
    we just want to report such employees of airtel,
    we donot even want rs 100…

    please check the cctv camera at the shop to know about full accident…
    because camera doesnot tell lies…
    also check if the cctv camera footage was not edited or deleted because he may do that to prove his innocence…

    Why can’t the website be updated instead of misleading customers
