    I had purchased Xiaomi Redmi note 3 phone on 3rd October , Invoice no KA-BLR5-167791461-640217 . The product was delivered on 5th October . Since 18th October the phone is hanging . I am unable to switch on / off the phone . I wanted to get the phone replaced / refunded , the same was declined as my request was beyond the 10 day replacement policy of Amazon.

    I spoke to Mr Smith ( @ Amazon customer care ) today afternoon and asked for replacement as I was not comfortable with a set which hung within 13 days . He asked me to contact Xiaomi service center at F-02 First Floor , Eternity Mall Thane . I visited the service center at 5.30 pm Today . To my utter shock they refused to accept in warranty phone stating that they only handle paid repairs .

    I now look forward to refund of my order since neither the product is working nor in warranty repair was handled by service center suggested by amazon.

    I was supposed to receive the package in between 12th and 14th of November 2016. I received a message saying my order was delivered on 111th Nov’ 16 when i didn’t receive any. i spoke to your customer care representative on 12th, and he told me that the status was updated to “Delivered” due to some scanner issues and the package would be delivered to me asap. Even after a week after that, i haven’t received my package. I have rasied several complaints on this issue.

    I’m very unhappy with the service from AMAZOn. I always bought stuff from you guys and considered you to be the best. I’m tired of running behind this product even after paying extra delivery charge. I have recieved a reply to my complaints saying, neither the product can be delivered nor the refund can be done. I wonder why AMAZON’s service has gone so bad.

  57. I have ordered a vegetable fruit chopper 25th Nov 2016. And estimated delivery was 26 Nov 2016. I have not received any call from delivery man and wrong status has been updated from their end about unavailability of customer. After calling Amazon customer service so many times, did not receive my product yet. And also didn’t get any update from amazon and transportation service.This is what bad service is getting from Amazon an one one is bother to call back since 6 Daya neither status getting updated
    I will suggest pls don’t go by Amazon for bad service

    On November 18, 2016 I placed the above order for Park Avenue Rugged Hold 100g and got an sms that it will be delivered by November 25. On Nov. 21 I got another message that my order has been despatched and estimated delivery is Nov.25. I have already paid Rs.292 against this order through debit card. Since Nov.25 no delivery of the product nor any sms from Amazon. on contacting customer care twice since then, I was told that they will check with the seller and get back. Today on Dec.4 there is still no sign of the product that is already paid for nor any message from Amazon in this regard.

    Tried to log in to my account but was given the message as password incorrect. On receiving the link from Amazon I changed my password and successfully logged in but the order is not even showing in my account. Both times when I called your customer care they confirmed that the order is placed and said they would find out from the seller and get back.

    Please let me know immediately the status of my order as I have already paid for the same and there not a word from Amazon in writing since November 25, 2016 on the status of my order.

    A word in reply would be highly appreciated.

  66. I purchased a DELL Inspiron 11 3162 from Amazon on 30-11-2016. The product arrived in good shape but within a week or ten days the internet started giving trouble .Any number of calls to customer Service toll free did not help. In fact it made it worse as they took over control of my Dell computer and claimed to have repaired it. Thereafter, it worked for a few days and again stopped.They said that there is no problem with hardware but it is the softwear and transferred me to another department called softwear. At softwear department after a while they hung up on me and recorded voice came whether I am satisfied or not. Again next day I managed to get the softweart Dept who helped to uninstall wireless and promised to sent tsome gears by email. Nothing came. I have been trying since morning tbut the customer service say theu are busy and hang up .For me, who is not very compute rliterate and 69 years old this is an impossible task as Dell is neither replacing this bad piece nor putting it right.
    I am pretty helpless. I bought DELL brand expecting good customer service but it has yet to work out. My Express Service Code is: 33715960130.
